1984 Air 2000

Here is my '84 Air 2000, designed just before aero bars arrived. somec made it as aero as possible with recessed Campy levers, internal cables, flattened chainstays and an aero Campy water bottle. Still in almost perfect condition,i have it set up as a fixed gear but don't ride it maybe once every few years. If you have fotos of your somec, post them here.

    I'm happy to see this blog. I have a 2004 Somec Fuego and would love to post some pics here, just not sure how that works. Let me know, and please post more pics of the 25th Anniversary.

    Hey there. That's one beautiful ride.. I have a 92 Somec Air TS, TSX tubing.. The bike is in very good condition, however the decals being rather flimsy, as they are want to be, I was wondering if you might know of a source for reproduction decals. I've tried SOMEC directly, but no luck, as they do not have any available old stock.

    try to get you decals here:

    although they only list the 80's he may be able to create for you.
